At Unique Shapewear, we take great pride in providing high-quality, body-enhancing garments designed to support your confidence and wellness journey. Because our products are considered intimate and personal wear, your health and safety—as well as that of all our customers—are extremely important to us.

For this reason, we have a strict no refund, no return, and no exchange policy in place.

Due to the nature of our products and in compliance with industry health and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once an item has left our store or been delivered.

Shapewear and compression garments come in direct contact with the skin, and in many cases, are used post-surgery or for medical recovery. Even trying on a garment briefly can compromise its sanitary condition. For this reason, all sales are final—whether the item is unworn or unopened.

If you believe your item was received damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos and your order number so our team can review the case. If verified, we will offer a replacement of the same item.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. To ensure customer satisfaction, we strongly encourage you to carefully confirm your size and product selection before completing your order.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer limited warranty coverage for manufacturer defects only, such as:

• Damaged zippers
   
• Fabric perforations or weaving defects
   

Warranty Terms:

• Zippers are covered for up to 10 days from the date of purchase.
   
• Other defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item for verification.
   

To file a claim, please contact us with clear photos and your order number within the warranty window. Claims submitted outside of these timeframes will not be honored.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, a $15 cancellation fee will be applied.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may return it unopened and in original packaging for consideration of a partial refund, subject to review and approval.

Please be aware that some of our products may contain latex and/or silicone. If you have allergies or sensitive skin:

• Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs
   
• Consult with your healthcare provider
   

It is the customer’s responsibility to review product materials and ingredients prior to purchase. We are not able to offer exchanges or refunds for allergic reactions once the product has been used.
